Dear Pratt co-workers,

We won! We are officially Pratt Workers United, with the legal right to sit at the bargaining table and negotiate with management, to protect and advocate for us all!

What we have achieved is a historic victory for us. We stood together. We supported and encouraged one another. It took all of us to get here, and we’ll continue to move forward as one.

We have accomplished an amazing feat and as we celebrate some much-deserved jubilations, we are also excited to enter our next steps of bargaining our first strong contract as Pratt Workers United.
